Inspired by our travels and tastings along the southern “Barbecue Belt,” we created Oink and Moo BBQ with a mix of styles from each region, chef-originated and prepared for discerning customers back home. Everything is made from scratch, from the finest ingredients.

We offer our unique take on BBQ and Tex-Mex at two great New Jersey restaurant locations, and via our food trucks at corporate and private picnics, parties and events just about anywhere in the Tri-State Area.
