Scouts Coffee Bar & Mercantile

Nestled in Downtown High Bridge, New Jersey, Scout’s believes that good coffee and good food are the cornerstone for a good life. We serve locally roasted coffees, organic and healthfully crafted food, and provide an escape from the busy-life for friends near and far. The mercantile offers guests a selection of handmade greeting cards and locally themed gift items along with some basic supplies for a day out on the Columbia Trail.

Scout’s is located just footsteps away from the trail head for the scenic Columbia Trail. Enjoy the waterfalls, Ken Lockwood Gorge, bike ride out to Long Valley’s aromatic woods and make a day of it. We’ll be there from the start of your day with fresh made croissants, until the end with a refreshing cold drink and a sandwich. We hope to see you soon!
