With our Tennessee roots, and 664 stores in 45 states, sourcing fresh ingredients domestically is core to our beliefs. By far and away, the vast majority of our ingredients come from right here in America. Our green beans, potatoes, farm raised catfish, sweet potatoes, turnip greens, and all of our beef, pork, and poultry are domestically grown or raised.<\/p>\n<h5 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"thirsty\">Homemade Makes The Difference<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>\u201cHomemade\u201d may not be an ingredient, but it\u2019s something you can taste. That\u2019s why we hand roll our biscuits and make our mashed potatoes and gravy from scratch all day long in each of our restaurants.
